Since the site plan may require a storm water management plan & a forest conservation plan this matter has been referred to the county. Updates were given on both the Dale Withers “Solomon’s Village” subdivision” pending further review from the Adequate Public Facilities Advisory Committee & the “Addition to Sandyfield” waiting for a formal presentation of the preliminary site plan to be reviewed. Cannabis regulation being worked on by the P/Z Commission & Town Attorney.
- The “Hotdogs with Santa” Christmas event was held on December 9 and was a great success. A big “thank you” to all the Pittsville “ELVES” who helped and to all those who came. In January, I plan to present to the Town Commissioners our community events plan of activities for 2024!
- I have submitted the TMCR request for reimbursement of $14,496.12 for my past services rendered for the months of July, August, September.

- I will provide the Town Commissioners per request from the Town Commission President a memo regarding possible annexation of property to include our own WWTP which will require a comprehensive property survey to be undertaken. Since becoming the Town Manager I have always desired that the WWTP be included within town limits. Commissioner Carozza has also had some concerns regarding the Pittsville Cemetery and lately I had a conversation with an individual who has property located in town and out of Town right behind it.
