Pittsville Pharmacy will hold a vaccine clinic this Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 9:00am-4:00pm. Vaccines available include: Flu, COVID, Shingrex, TDAP, Pneumonia, and RSV. There will be a bouncy house for the kids and refreshments provided.

In observance of Columbus Day, Town Hall will be closed on Monday, October 14, 2024. We will re-open on Tuesday, October 15 at 8:00am. We’d like to wish everyone a safe and happy weekend!

Wicomico County residents will have an opportunity to dispose of hazardous household waste at no charge on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the Newland Park Landfill. The hours for “Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day” are 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event is open to residents of Wicomico County and participants should bring a valid proof of residence such as a driver’s license. Beginning October 7, 2024, the Town’s Public Works Water Division will be performing town-wide fire hydrant flushing to ensure that quality water is being delivered to all residents. During this process, you may notice changes in water pressure and some water discoloration. This is normal and should resolve after flushing has been completed.
