Water Treatment Plant Operator/MDE Class IV Operator
The Town of Pittsville, Maryland is accepting applications for the position of WATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR (certified). The successful candidate must have an MDE Class IV Operator’s License and will be responsible for operating the water treatment plant independently while executing all maintenance and other critical tasks to include testing with minimal supervision under the Superintendent of Public Utilities. Applicants must have a valid Class C drivers license, be available for weekends and holidays, as well as the ability to perform manual and required clerical work, and other duties as assigned.

Starting salary for certified MDE Class IV Operator is $30.00-$35.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
