There is scheduled a “PUBLIC HEARING” of the Pittsville Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 5:00 pm in Town Hall to hear the following:
“A request for a variance by Zachary White of 7437 Cemetery Avenue, Pittsville, Maryland for a front yard setback established by a subdivision plat recorded years ago at forty (40) feet, whereas the Town’s Zoning Code permits a front yard setback of fifteen (15) feet in that particular zoning district (Central Residential)”
