Any derogatory remarks, personal attacks, obscene language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will upon order from the Presiding Officer be grounds for removal of the individual from the meeting.

“SPECIAL PUBLIC NOTICE”
Water Treatment Plant Upgrade

Please be advise that on TUESDAY, August 5, 2025, a major construction project will take place at the Town’s Water Treatment Plant as part of our major “Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Phase IV” project that will require the “internal” shut down of the water plant during the morning hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT or cause any termination of water service to our residents since it is only the water plant that will be affected.

Residents will still have water service but the Town and the contractor request that all refrain from an overuse of the water system during that day in order for us to conserve our water distribution during this time.

The Town Commissioners would like to express their appreciation for our resident water customers for their cooperation and understanding during this time.
