    2. Consideration For Approval of Resolution #2025-01 “A Resolution to Establish an Increase in the Town’s Water Usage Rate by 10% each year for a Five (5) year period Effective July 1, 2025 As Required by the Maryland Department of the Environment/MDE”

Any derogatory remarks, personal attacks, obscene language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will upon order from the Presiding Officer be grounds for removal of the individual from the meeting.
