- Treasurer’s Report
- General Operating Balance: $53,918.18
- Utility Operating Balance: $135,444.14
- MLGIP Fund: $2,443,323.03
- Town Manager’s Report
- FY 24 Municipal Operating Budget & FY 24 Fee Schedule to be approved
- PEDC will meet on June 21 at 5:30 pm in Town Hall
- Planning/Zoning Commission to meet on July 6 at 6:00 pm in Town Hall
- MML Convention to begin next week in Ocean City
- TMCR grant reimbursement of $14,640.36 received & new TMCR grant application for $55,000 submitted
- Town Engineer’s Report
- Phase IV of WTP Upgrade still in review by MDE
- WWTP sludge bed improvements being worked on
- Utility mapping infrastructure project on going
- New WWTP pre-engineering study being reviewed by USDA before further action can be taken
- Storm water management study soon to begin
- Recommendation to award the 2023 Street Improvement Program work to Mike Houck Construction in the amount of $149,498.80. Town Commissioners approved the bid from Mike Houck Construction
- Town Flag proposal tabled.
- Ordinance # 2023-01 the FY 24 Municipal Operating Budget was adopted
- Resolution # 2023-05 the FY 24 Fee Schedule was adopted
