- Treasurer’s Report
- General Operating Balance: $35,935.38
- Utility Operating Balance: $169,785.16
- Total General Fund Balances: $1,016,443.00
- ARP Fund Balances: $657,018.00
- Total Water Fund Balances: $341,908.00
- Total Sewer Fund Balances: $725,781.00
- Total Available Municipal Funds: $2,741,150.00
- Town Manager’s Report
- Planning/Zoning Commission meeting to be on 2 Mar 23.
- Board of Zoning Appeals will be holding a public hearing on 9 Mar 23.
- Town’s Wastewater Capacity Management Plan submitted to MDE.
- Town’s Annual Sewer Allocation Policy Plan has 12,500 gallons per day (GPD) available to be allocated as such (75% residential, 25% commercial). Approved by Town Commissioners at this meeting.
- FY24 Budget preparations to begin at the end of March with anticipated introduction at the 17 Apr 23 town meeting.
- St. Patrick’s Day is Friday, March 17!
- Town Engineer’s Report
- Phase IV of WTP MDE reviewing comments requested.
- FY23 “Street Improvement Project” being worked on for submittal to Town Commissioners with engineering plans prepared for review by Town’s Public Works/Street Division.
- WWTP sludge bed improvements scheduled for 1 May.
- Resolution # 2023-01 adopted “Establishing Fine Schedule for the Issuance of Municipal Traffic Citations”
- Town Flag proposed for citizen comments and Town branding logo approved for marketing use.
- The following were appointed and confirmed as members of the PITTSVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (PEDC): Ivory Smith, Rebecca Smith, and Trent Molnar.
